GUIDELINES
- You are of course allowed on premises at all times.
First timers and clients moving out need to come and go during day light hours
unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Speed Limit 5 MPH. This is heavily enforced for safety of all.
- Only well behaved dogs are allowed on premises.
- Wash area needs to be cleaned up after every use. Hose needs to be rolled up.
I provide a hose and sprayer so please respect equipment.
- Clean up “Get Ready” area after every use.
A bucket, muck fork, and broom will be provided for manure and such.
- Shoeing will only be done at “Get Ready” area. Clean up after and please use
magnet-on-a-stick to make sure all nails are picked up.
- NO SMOKING- except in your motor vehicle. Don’t toss ashes or butts on the ground.
- All your guests are to sign a “Hold Harmless Agreement.” They will be provided in a holder in the tack room.
Please have them signed and put back in holder.
- A regular vaccination and parasite control schedule is to be kept.
I will provide courtesy reminders.
- Turnouts are available on a first come basis.
Please respect your fellow boarders.
- We will have a meeting the first Saturday of every month at 10:00 am.
It isn’t required to come but if you want to voice your opinion this is the time.
You can always talk to Tim or Leigha in private.
- We provide one indoor corral for sick, injured, or foaling.
Arrangements can be made with Leigha or Tim.
- Be respectful of others and hold your profanity while you are on the premises.
This is a family environment.
- Drinking will only be allowed at the invitation of management and
definitely not permitted while working with the animals.
Owner hereby acknowledges receipt and understanding of the current stable guidelines,
which are incorporated by reference in full, as if fully set forth herein.
Owner agrees he/she and his/her guests and invitees will be bound and abide by these guidelines,
and accepts responsibility for the conduct of his/her guests and invitees according to these guidelines.
Stable may revise these guidelines from time to time and owner agrees any revision shall have the same force
and effect as current guidelines. Failure, as determined at stable’s sole discretion,
of owner or owner’s guests and invitees to abide by stable guidelines may result in stable
declaring owner in default hereunder and result in termination.
